Sausalito yacht club lost the results to the #11 Islands Tour race so that race was abandoned. Talk about luck.
We had a fantastic performance last Saturday. We were over the starting line seconds after the start, we stayed ahead of Harp most of the race, and were only a couple of boat lengths behind Chimera before they disappeared. And we didn't get the spinnakers wet!
Because of this, we took second place which is a wonderful way to end the season. The silver took us from sixth into fourth for the half, and we remained a solid fifth for the season.
But this could change.
If Chimera is indicted in the protest, then we move to first for the race and third for the half! It won't have any effect on our season rating though. I don't know if this will get us into the Yankee Cup. Stay tuned.

The entries listed as DNC (Did Not Compete) were due to an AWOL cutlass bearing. The last place in race #9 can be attributed to not flying a spinnaker.
