This is a brewery/restaurant in Manchester, England.
The nose is honey, flowery. The color is of straw, light yellow, slightly cloudy. The taste is crisp, the malt sticks to the tongue with a hint of bitterness. Long sweet finish. While the head does not stay thick, it does stick to the glass pleasantly. Body is sufficient. A very nice beer!
And the bottle is very cool.
