This brewery is in Germany, just outside of the Czech Republic and is strongly influenced by their neighbors.
Strong, sweet, malty nose. Flowery. Vanilla? Brilliant, pale yellow color and fine stick-to-the-glass head. Light, crisp palate and body. Refreshing beer. Malt delicately balanced with hops. This is not a particularly distinguished pilsner, but that is not to say there isn't any flavor--it's just hard to put a label on it. This is a very refreshing--whoops! said that already--drinkable beer.
